Meaning: When the fore part of one foot rests upon the ground and then touches
it with the heel, this position is called the Udghattitaha Pada.

Meaning: When the feet are placed naturally on the ground, this position is
called the Sama Pada.

forward in this position, this is called the Agratalasanchara Pada.
